Membership activation occurs within 2 working days of receipt of activation charges and continues for the specified period. No relaxation is granted for delays in webpage creation.

Users acknowledge that server interruptions may occur due to technical issues or hacking, for which Zaminedge.in assumes no liability.

Zaminedge Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to block or delete webpages without providing reasons, with Users having no claims against the company under any circumstances.

Users are advised to refer to respective state RERA websites for accurate information and procedures related to projects/properties. The Site is not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information posted on the site.

The Company does not provide any express or implied representations or warranties for the Services offered on Zaminedge.in, including the accuracy or quality of transmitted information.

INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaminedge.in, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your violation of this Agreement or breach of the Terms of Use.

VARIATION The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Services Guide at any time without notice to the User. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on Zaminedge.in, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment for memberships and services: All payments for services at Zaminedge.in must be made to "Zaminedge Pvt. Ltd." on a 100% advance basis to ensure uninterrupted Paid Services.
We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name or via personal accounts for services rendered by Zaminedge.in. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from transactions made to fraudulent entities.
Users liable for Subscription Fees must pay on demand, even if disputed. Refunds, if any, will be made without interest. Late payments may result in termination of Membership and services.

Refund / Money Back Policy:

Once subscribed, payments for Paid services are non-refundable. Zaminedge.in does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of user-posted content.

Refund for fraudulent transactions: Users are responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through their accounts. Zaminedge.in assumes no liability for improper use of credit/debit card information.

Refund for change in preference / delay in process: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Changes in personal preferences do not warrant refunds.

SUSPENSION / TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Zaminedge.in may partially suspend or fully terminate a User's access to features or terminate an Account without notice for reasons including breach of this Agreement, provision of false information, causing financial or legal liability, or engaging in misuse or fraudulent activities.

If a User posts material unrelated to the Site's services or engages in spamming, unauthorized access, modification, or control of the Site's database or network, accessing another User's account without permission, infringing intellectual property rights, or unethical business practices, the User's access to Free and Paid Services may be terminated by Zaminedge.in. Upon termination, Users forfeit authority to use the Site and are not allowed to register again without written permission. No refunds for membership charges will be provided in case of termination. Any damages resulting from termination are not the liability of Zaminedge.in.

USER DISPUTES

Users are solely responsible for their interactions on Zaminedge.in, and the platform reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor disputes between Members. Zaminedge.in will not participate in legal proceedings between Users for any transactions through the Site but will cooperate fully with governing/legal authorities, with costs recovered from the implicated party.

Legal disputes related to Zaminedge.in will be dealt with in the territory of Durg, Chhattisgarhi. All legal issues are subject to the laws in force in Durg District, and jurisdiction is exclusive to courts located in Durg, Chhattisgarh.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any disputes arising from incidental use of Zaminedge.in are governed by Indian laws. Users and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in DURG, Chhattisgarh, India. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Users and Zaminedge.in regarding Site use. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.
